MS Dhoni is one of the greatest players in the world and also the only Indian captain to win three ICC trophies. MSD also has led the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to five Indian Premier League titles he will once again feature in the yellow jersey for CSK and will want to win the sixth cash-rich league title with them.

MS Dhoni has fans in all parts of the country. During the IPL 2023, in every away match fans came in huge numbers to witness MSD and it looked like CSK are playing on their home turf in Chennai. Recently, Dhoni was seen engaging with his fans during his visit to his ancestral village in Almora.

Just like always, MS Dhoni was once again interacting with the fans during a public event. During the interaction, an RCB fan urged MSD to support Bangalore and win an IPL trophy for the franchise.

During the interaction, the RCB fan said, “I’m a die-hard RCB fan for 16 years, and like the way you have won five titles for CSK, I want you to support us and win one trophy.”

Replying to the fan, MS Dhoni stated that, Royal Challengers Bangalore are a very good team but sometimes what happens is that a team lacks its full players they are not able to perform well. MS Dhoni added that he cannot support RCB because it won’t go down well with the fans of CSK.

He also said that he has a lot of things to worry about in his own team and wished luck to the other teams for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

MS Dhoni said, “You know, they are a very good team but also what you need to see is in cricket everything doesn’t go according to plan. So, if you are talking about IPL, all the ten teams more often if they have the full players, all of them are very strong teams, the problem arises if you are missing a few players because of injury or reasons like that.

“So, there are a very good team and everybody has a fair chance in IPL, as of now, I have so many things to worry about my own team. So, I would like to wish every team all the very best but more than that I can’t really do much as of now because imagine me trying to come of way to support or help some other team how will our fans feel.”

MS Dhoni has been brilliant with the bat and also with the gloves for the last 15 years in the Indian Premier League (IPL). MSD retired from international cricket in 2020 and is seen playing only for CSK, however, the IPL 2024 can be his last.
