Jitesh Sharma was at his hitting best in the ongoing fourth T20I between India and Australia. The match is taking place between the two teams at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium, Raipur, where visitors won the toss and opted to field first.

India kept losing wickets at regular intervals but they made sure that they kept scoring runs at a faster pace. One of the best cameos of the innings came from Jitesh Sharma, who came out all guns blazing and put bowlers under pressure.

Jitesh Sharma went after the bowlers right from the start and made sure that India scored quickly. His best came in the 15th over, where he smashed two sixes and put debutant Chris Green under pressure. During that over one hilarious incident took place as well.

Chris Green bowled a high full toss to which Jitesh Sharma tried to smack. He couldn’t quite get hold of the shot and straight back to the bowler. Chris Green moved side and the ball hit KN Ananthapadmanabhan. The official also apologized to the batter for costing him some runs.

Here’s the video:

Jitesh Sharma batted aggressively after that as well and ended a vital hand for his team. He scored 35 runs off 19 balls and helped his team go past 150 runs. He batted with a strike rate of over 184 and also smashed 1 four and 3 sixes in his innings.
