NEP vs UAE Prediction: Who Will Win The Match Between Nepal And UAE? UAE tour of Nepal 2022, 3rd ODI. The stage is set for a great contest as Nepal takes on United Arab Emirates in the third ODI of the 3-match series in Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur, Nepal on 18th November.

Hosts Nepal bounced back in the last game to win by 3 wickets after suffering a heavy loss in the first game. Both sides would battle hard in the middle to win the last game and grab the series.

Nepal would be worried about the form of its top order as they have failed in both games. Their lower middle order rescued them in the last game, and they can ill afford another batting collapse. Both sides would feel the heat in this game, with the high stakes. The side holding its nerves together would win this contest.

Skipper Rohit Paudel would feel confident after his side put up a great show in the last game. How they fought after the loss in the 1st ODI would make the skipper happy. Having tasted blood Nepal would like to go for the kills. They know the conditions well and shall look to take advantage of them here.

Their batting still has a few issues, and the side would expect runs from Arjun Saud and Aasif Sheikh at the top. Gyanendra Malla is the most experienced batsman on the side, and he must anchor the middle order with Rohit Paudel and Kushal Bhurtel. Dipendra Singh Airee, Gulshan Jha, and Aarif Sheikh have done well, and the side would need similar contributions from them.

Karan KC and Sompal Kami have troubled UAE’s top order in both games, and the pair must get early breakthroughs for the side to do well. Lalit Rajbanshi and Gulshan Jha must bowl tight spells in the middle overs as their opponents have a strong batting line-up. Dipendra Singh Airee and Kushal Bhurtel must do well in the supporting act.

Nepal Predicted Playing XI:

Chundangapoyil Rizwan shall be upset with his batsmen for the loss in the last game. After their openers had set up an excellent opening wicket stand, the side lost the plot from a position of strength. Chundangapoyil  Rizwan would like his players to take lessons from the last game and not take the opponents lightly. They have more experience than Nepal, and Chundangapoyil Rizwan shall look to make the best of it.

Muhammad Waseem and Vriitya Aravind have looked in good form, and the side would expect a solid start from them here. Chundangapoyil Rizwan would need to use his experience and build partnerships with Alishan Sharafu and Vishnu Sukumaran. Basil Hameed, Rohan Mustafa, and Afzal Khan shall have to add runs down the order where they failed in the last game.

The bowling attack has done well in both games. Hazrat Bilal and Sabir Ali bowled good spells with the new ball, and the side would like to see early wickets from them. Aayan Afzal Khan and Rohan Mustafa used the conditions well, and the side would like a similar show. Basil Hameed and Muhammad Waseem add to the side’s bowling strength.

UAE were the first casualty of the ICC’s decision to impose a permanent ban on the use of saliva to polish the ball. On Wednesday, when Alishan Sharafu applied saliva to shine the ball during the second ODI against Nepal in Kirtipur, the on-field umpires awarded Nepal five penalty runs in line with the ruling that came into effect this September.

After Sompal Kami and Lalit Rajbanshi shone in bowling, Nepal got a target of 192 runs from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the second match of the three-match ODI series played in TU Cricket Ground Kirtipur on Wednesday. After losing the toss UAE came into bat and lost all the wickets in 43.2 overs and made a total of 191 runs.

NEP vs UAE Prediction: Who Will Win The Match Between Nepal And UAE? UAE tour of Nepal 2022, 3rd ODI

Nepal would feel confident after their strong comeback in the last game. However, their top order has struggled, and it is a significant weakness for the team on a slow wicket. The United Arab Emirates has experienced players and a spin attack that would enjoy bowling in these conditions. It will make them favorites to win this game.
